Sally’s Crab Meat Casserole

Ingredients

1 c. crab meat

1 c. soft bread crumbs (4 slices)

1 c. mayonnaise

1 c. cream

1 t. salt

6 hard boiled eggs – diced

1 T. minced parsley

1 t. minced onion

1/8 t. black pepper

Directions

Mix together lightly, then sprinkle 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
